50 States 500 State Parks

DO NOT buy this for info on state parks for camping. Just a list of parks and a few photos.

This is more of a coffee table book. We thought it would contain more information on being able to visit the parks. Pretty book with pretty pictures, but not very helpful.

This is a coffee table book. Nice pictures. But very little info about each park.

I was so looking forward to this book, particularly since I have several other guidebooks on the national parks, scenic drives and road trips. Oh was I EVER disappointed when I looked at this book, and absolutely annoyed by it in comparison to the other guidebooks I own. There is a reason this book is less than $10, and even that is a bit much. It's apparent they took images (not very good ones) off of the internet and just slapped this thing together. There is only a short description (very short) of some of the parks in each state. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK. You can get more information AND BETTER IMAGES off of each state's park websites. I was duped by this purchase, and won't make that mistake again.

Our book was printed in China and some states were listed twice and some states not listed at all. For example, our book went from page 64 to page 81, so we missed 7 states! And in another section we went from page 64 to page 49, so pages 49 thru 64 were in two different sections.
We were able to get a full refund, but we don't trust the quality of this company to try for another book. Will look for another author/publisher on state parks. It's too bad, because the photos were nice.

I’m an avid hiker & traveler. I got this book to carry me through covid. There are many pictures of national parks throughout the US. So it entertained me. There is some information, but it’s not a travel guide.

Not too bad but not a lot of information on each park.

This probably isn't the best book if you're looking for information..that being said it is a great coffee table book and fun to flip through. Great quality for the price!

Shows lots of parks. Wish it gave more info on each state.

This book Doesn’t even have a quarter of the state parks in it. Also gives a very poor description of the parks that it does have. Do not buy this book.
