What Happens Next?

Now that I’m invested in the flawed but likable protagonist Roger Blanc, the gorgeous Provencal countryside, the complex supporting characters, and the intricate plotting, I’ll never know what happens next because the rest of the series (6 books!) is sitting somewhere in German! I’m aware that other books by Rademacher are available in English, but that’s irrelevant to me. I’ve already mentioned this problem after reviewing the first book Murderous Mistral. It irks me to think that I’ll never know what the future held for Roger. Does anyone know a good translator? Apparently Peter Millar is not available.

Murder in Camarque

Really quite good but quite long. Typical long winded introduction to the characters but an interesting twist and turn finding the murderer - maybe. Finding the missing Van Gogh is connected but the solution for another story.
A good read.

Suspenseful and Quirkey

The story line is interesting, connecting art to a murder and French bull-fighting. The primary clue was in your face but not revealed until the end. A good escape!
