DEFECTIVE CD'S WANT TO RETURN FOR A REPLACEMENT OF COMPLETE REFUND

Just completed listening to this NEW audio book.
CD's are defective. They replay the entire scene repeatedly. You must push FORWARD to go onto
the next scene for all of the beginning discs in the set. Than, that scene replays ad nauseum.
Much material on each disc is lost for the listener. At least three (3) of the six (6) discs ran this problem.
If you fail to push forward, the disc NEVER moves onto the next scene. It is just stuck on the one scene
until it is stuck on the next scene and stuck on the next scene....

Would like a replacement. If not available, please provide a FULL refund.

This time he is manipulated into incriminating and then works to defend the love of his life, Laurie, from taking the blame for a hideous and violent murder. The Andy Carpenter series are always enjoyable. The plot is engaging and has enough twists and turns to keep the reader engaged. I also really enjoy the characters and the repartee they zing back and forth. I am looking forward to working through the series and hope that David Rosenfelt keeps them coming.

Love this audiobook. I would read (listen to) anything written by David Rosenfelt and the narrated by Grover Gardner, one of the finest narrators out there. In fact I search "audio books narrated by Grover Gardner" to determine what books I may purchase. "First Degree", is the first of David Rosenfelt's novels which follow the charming lawyer Andy Carpenter, a wise-cracking millionaire defense attorney. Rosenfelt's second entry "Open and Shut", is eaqualy as well writen and narrated. Next in the series is "Leader of the Pack". I can't wait!
