  • I Can Make Dolls' Clothes
  • is an easy-to-follow pattern book certain to keep creative youngsters entertained for hours as they create a full wardrobe for their standard (12 in) dolls. Budding fashionistas can follow the patterns and clear instructions to make all kinds of garments and accessories for their dolls, using basic materials such as scraps of fabric, sequins, and a needle and thread. Simple, Clear Instruction Book

My 10 year old daughter received 4 sewing books for Christmas. This is by far her favorite. She was able to start sewing right away all by herself. She has made some really cute clothes for her Barbies (like this fur coat) at a fraction of the cost to buy them! Highly recommend!!!

Mostly the projects/patterns are for felt material

I think this book is something that a kid would do but it really doesn’t teach them how to sew. The seams are left alone and not sewn. The projects would be better if the kid works with felt.

Fantastic book!

So easy, instructions were simple, and the clothes came out great. My daughter is seven, and she could make the patterns and simple cut outs by herself. I had to help her with the sewing, and I used a machine, but a machine is not necessary if basic sewing skills are there. We are very happy with this book.

Great for beginners!

Great for beginners who want to make clothes for Barbie dolls. Very simple patterns that can be completed in one sitting. Some children will only need minimal adult assistance (mine needs me to tie the knots).
