A Continuation of the First Book but is Running On Empty.

I bought One Year After because it is the sequel to One Second After, one of the best end-of-the-world novels I've ever read, rating up there with Alas, Babylon. While One Second After was suspenseful and contained situations wherein people had to make difficult gut-wrenching decisions, One Year After wasn't so much like that. The first half of the book was too much talk, in my opinion. The action comes along later. One Second After used up the nickel Forstchen was playing. While One Year After was an okay read, it wasn't One Second After. No dogs in One Year After.

Horrible quality disc

Horrible quality disc.

Straight out of the box it started jumping sections and scrambling words. More and more of the data was corrupt until it finally quit reading completely halfway through and gave nothing but a "Track Error."

Faulty Audio Cd's

Cant give a review of the audio cd. I was sent 2 cd's and both of them refuse to play in my trucks cd player. The first audio book played just fine and I loved it. So much for quality control....Maybe they will fix this some day and I can leave a positive review?
