Romans 8-16 for You (God's Word for You)

Succinct, to the point, and practical. I do not give many five star reviews since, it really means perfect, but I will give this book and its companion one by Keller for the other part of Romans, five stars. This is a good overview of the book of Romans that is neither too deep nor too shallow. In my opinion, it is best to read through Romans, verse by verse, with a deep commentary (preferably older) and a word study and then go back through it with this book, as it gives very practical, useful expository that is brought home even further when the reader has done much background study. After going through 'scholarly' commentary, this really helped make practical application that is extremely valuable for day to day living. I've given the same review for Keller's other Romans for You book, since they are the same book and study, just two different volumes.
