Description

I wrote Sarah's Valley simply for the pleasure of writing. I submitted it to one publisher but when it was rejected, I stopped thinking about it and concentrated on my cozy mysteries. When I mentioned to my husband that I was going to delete it from my computer, he said he wanted to read it first. Hexa0thought it was worth publishing soxa0ifxa0I didn't want to go through the painful process of finding a publisher, he wouldxa0doxa0it himself. Thus, Sarah's Valley came to be! It has done very well on Kindle. For those of you who like to hold a book in your hand, you can now read the hard copy. If you enjoyed Sarah's Valley, please consider writing a review. It would be very much appreciated. Sharon's current books:xa0Mystery series: VIRTUAL ENEMIES,xa0Beryl Swallows is hired to solve a murder - by the victim herself. A mystery within a mystery. Features & Highlights

  • Sarah's dream was to live in a beautiful valley with a slow moving river running through it. This was a big dream for a young girl who, along with her brother Frank, were orphaned early in life. Their parents died with the wagon train on the way to California in the early 1800's. Sarah and Frank were the only survivors. How would two children survive the highway men, the raging grassfires, the cold winters and the heartache? This is their life story as told through the eyes of an old Indian man named Winnipesaukee.

A top 5 favorite!!

Wonderful! This book is easily one of my top 5 favorites. As a retired librarian, I have read thousands of books. This one I couldn't put down. It had so much adventure. I'm so glad Sharon Rose Mierke didn't delete it, I would have missed so many hours of pleasure.
Because I enjoyed Sarah's Valley so much, I looked up other books and found the Parson's Cove mysteries, by Sharon Rose. Now I am on book 2 and will read all of them. They are so fun. I have also purchased Virtual Enemies, haven't read it yet, but will as soon as I'm done with Parson's Cove Mysteries. Excellent Author
