skeletons in the closet

When I first started this book, I kind of loved it. The beginning was interesting and made me want to dive right in and get some reading done. Things were going along okay until the discovery in the basement. After no one decided to call the cops my this-is-ridiculous meter went into the red zone and the rest of the events in the book just compounded the silliness. I really like this author, I just really don't love this book.
