Fails to live up to the blurb...

This was a disappointing read with a perfectly splendid, very intriguing back cover blurb about how a scorned woman wreaks havoc on a faithless, abusive lover....and it would have been wonderful if that indeed was what the book was about, but it wasn't. Protagonist is a spineless, mealy-mouthed, weak knees pushover who seemingly can't do anything right except grovel. I urge the author to go back and write the book the back cover promised us.
