Any way to get a replacement due to misprinting/misassembling?

Bought the whole set for my husband for Christmas. He's reading through them in order and just got to book 9 and says it's misprinted/misassembled. Of course the return window closed the end of January but there was no way to know there was a problem until one actually read the book. Is there anyway to get a replacement of the one book?

PUBLISHER LEFT OUT 30 PAGES!!! 🤯

Buyer beware. Check your books to be sure ALL the pages are there BEFORE you start reading. Really enjoying the series, coming to the end of book 7, right in the middle of an epic battle in A Crown on Swords when 30 pages are missing!🤯😫😢 626-659. Luckily I can still return for a replacement. However this is resolved, I will continue the series. Just so unusual for a publisher to mess up like this. I almost always thumb through a book before I start reading and I missed this snafu☹️

Incomplete book.

Bought all sets of this series. Currently reading book #9 - Winters Heart. Book goes to pages 1- 80, then repeats pages 49 - 80, then starts at page 113. Pages 81 to 112 are completely missing. Chunks of pages repeated and chunks of pages not included. Books 1 -8, some bought in other sets, were OK. I would like to have this book # 9 replaced!!!! It ruins the set.
