An enjoyable quick read.

This was a nice light read. The main characters were well written, and the way they were drawn to each other was very well done. Kenna was quite a feisty woman, drawn to the strong dominant Alpha Evo. The two played off of one another well. Couldn't ask for a better pair.

The storyline was a little too fast paced sometimes, which made it hard to relate to characters/situations at times. The plot was wonderful, but I feel like there could have been a little more added to it overall. An enjoyable shifter read with the potential to be a great story...

Very easy to follow

What an intensely intriguing book, by D. Fischer.

Kenna is working on a case for the FBI, on the hunt for a murder who is kidnaping women. Evo is a former FBI agent, now working as a consultant. When fate brings them together, sparks will fly. Will they run from the flames, or will they let it consume them?

I was utterly astonished by the realness and depth of these characters. Kenna is feisty, strong, stubborn, and independent. Making her seem as if she has no weaknesses. As we start to peal back her layers, however, we see just how badly she is broken.

Evo is your typical Alpha strong, sexy, confident, and intense. Just the kind of guy to challenge and inspire such a strong female lead.

Overall I found this story riveting. Very easy to follow, with a wonderful storyline. I cannot wait to see more from this author!
