Satisfying and great introduction to a new series

Series focused around a big family of brothers and sisters falling in love are hard for me to resist. This is the first in a series and does a great job of introducing all the siblings and also a really sweet story of two people falling in love when they were convinced life had other plans.

Definitely can't wait to read the rest of the series and visit the McCullough family again.

Something for every romance reader

Forbidden love, star-crossed lovers, falling for the wrong brother and secret pregnancies, this book, ALMOST PRIEST, the second in the McCullough Mountain Series by author Lydia Michaels, has something for every romance reader. With shades of THE THORNBIRDS, and frequent references to it, the eldest son in a large family spends his final summer before his final vows for the priesthood at home with his large family and one of his brothers’ not-quite girlfriends. One deep look in each others’ eyes and the plot thickens. This is a great story with good characters, strong psychological background and plenty of adult behavior. The series as a whole is wonderful. I received my copy from the publisher through NetGalley.
