Binding is same as paperback. Disappointing.

One of my favorite Batman Stories.
Print is good, I like the larger size but the binding is the exact same as the paperback instead of premium binding. For the price it should come with better binding. It's the only reason I like hardcovers.

One of the best Batman stories, ever

I'm a huge Batman fan, and have been since I was a kid. I love the classic Batman comics, but I also like alternate-universe Batman stories that have interesting non-canon storylines. This one blew me out of the water. I actually did not know that Sean Murphy could also write great comics! I have loved his artwork in other things, like Tokyo Ghost and Chrononauts, but White Knight is by far the best thing he's ever created. The story is complex but clear, with great plot twists and awesome references. I love the character development and design. It's about time that the story finally lived up to his great artistic capabilities! I actually bought the paperback trade for this, but decided that I needed the hardback Deluxe edition for my favorite bookshelf. Can't wait for the sequel to come out in a trade!

Something different

This book is one of my favorite Batman comics. The premise of joker being cured and trying to take down Batman was a very interesting idea and great execution. Murphy’s art is also amazing, one of the best artist/writers

Thought-provoking and inspired

This “alternate universe” take on these characters do a great job diving in to Batman from the perspective of his foes, and show how flawed he is as a protagonist.
The art is gorgeous

Bent book

Severely disappointed my book was bent upon arrival. I’ve been trying for 2 days straight to unbend without causing damage.
