Great recipes in there! & I recommend you start following them on social media!!

I’m not a vegan but started looking for some ideas on meat-less meals that are high in protein. I have high blood pressure and my boyfriend has had a heart attack so incorporating more veggies is crucial in our diets but protein is also as we are both very active. I used to cook a ton but was without a kitchen of my own for a few years and my cookbooks were in a storage unit which was “mistakenly” thought “abandoned” due to a “tracking error” though I was paying and coming/going - all my stuff was sold off. So I’m slowly buying up more cookbooks, pots, pans, & utensils and have a full kitchen again - and this book has some amazing recipes to explore! I’ve had a lot of fun trying new things to get my boyfriend to eat less meat and not look at veggies as only a “side” to a big beefy dinner.
I HIGHLY recommend that if you are interested in this book, start following them on social media. I have LOVED watching the live, quick 30 min. videos since COVID lockdown started. They aren’t the same level as watching a professionally filmed episode on The Food Network but I think they do a great job at bringing energy, tips, and personality to keep viewers engaged while being able to roll with unexpected hiccups of learning how to film live.
I have incorporated some of these recipes into the regular “staple” rotation now! I want to keep learning more about being vegan (let’s be honest, my boyfriend will never convert, but there is a lot for me to learn!)

Would make an ideal Christmas present.

We are in the states and have received an updated American issue, complete with thanksgiving section! It is a fantastic book, we are thrilled with it. Beautifully put together and most importantly, delicious. I had been ignorant to how fantastic plant based food could taste. Game changer and would make a wonderful Christmas present.

Approachable and delicious vegan recipes

I have a lot of cookbooks, and plenty of vegan ones. I have been a fan of BOSH! for some time because the recipes are generally simple, quick, and delicious. This cookbook is no exception. I love the way it's organized. It makes it very easy to find what your looking for, or very quickly flip through if you need some inspiration.
The measurements standard for US customers (August 2019), and other than some UK-specific dishes, the book is perfectly suitable for those of us in the states.
I see myself referring to this book a lot when I'd like to try a new meal. The photography is stunning, and it's a real pleasure to look through. Highly recommended!

Not very well put together

This was a hard to use recipe book. First off, the ingredient list. Why not say something has to be minced, chopped, grated there? (1 clove garlic, minced). Instead the body of the recipe is filled with it making it hard to keep track of where you are in the recipe and making it confusing. Quick recipes? not so quick. The pictures are beautiful but what good are they if you can't follow the recipes? Not impressed at all.

NOT healthy recipes

Lots of recipes with added sugar, refined carbs, etc. NOT what I expected from the authors selling themselves as modern, cool, etc.

Love it

Uncomplicated recipes. Also easily tweaked or used as a great starting point for other meals. Love the layout. Not too wordy either.
