Sarah Booth Needs to Move On

I've read all the Sarah Booth books up to this one, but I think this one was a bit wordy. Too much history with Jitty and the blues singers. Sarah Booth is getting kind of whiny, and I'm tired of hearing of her shriveling eggs.

I do love Chablis, Roscoe, Sweetie Pie, and Pluto, but the pet scenes shouldn't be the best scenes of the book. In this book, they kind of were. I'm sorry that Sarah Booth is morning a lost love, who, had they gotten married, would have made her life difficult, but it's time to get over it and move on.

Awesome book. I didn't want to put it down. It keeps you on your toes and keeps you guessing at which of the numerous suspects it could be. I love this series. It never gets old and Sarah booth isn't the damsel in distress that needs help with everything. On to the next book!
