Sexy, intense ride

Breaking Her Rules is one of my favorite in the Red Stone Security series thus far. Of course I haven’t read them in order, so that list encompasses books from the beginning and the end. I absolutely loved Iris. She’s so strong and a total badass. She loves her job in private security, which she absolutely excels at. I love though, that Iris is also emotionally vulnerable. She’s harboring a secret and some heartache to go along with it because of something that happened during the week vacation she took in Vegas with her childhood friend Wyatt.

I really loved Wyatt. At first I worried that he might be a bit heavy handed, but it became obvious that he loved Iris and would do anything for her…include buy a house in Miami so he could be closer to her. The misunderstanding that made her leave Vegas was one that I totally understood why it happened and I liked how they were able to work it out.

These two are so freaking hot together. That coupled with the intensity of the suspense part of the book, this turned out to be a winner for me. I really recommend reading it.
