I just read this book last week and it was a thoroughly entertaining romp through the swamp! The croc was hot (never thought I'd be saying that), the human heroine spunky, and all the rest of the characters were adorable! Spunky, snarky - adorable.
Elements of the story could have gone in a cliched, weepy lame way, but thankfully the author spared us from that kind of drivel.
I 100% recommend this fun, steamy ride and am looking forward to the swamp mystery unraveling as I make my way through this exciting shapeshifter series!

I have to admit that this book, although it sounded very interesting, was something a little new to me and I wasn't sure how it would turn out. I have read plenty of paranormal books in the past few years, but none about crocodile shifters. In fact, in this town, there are all kinds of shifters. It was quite an entrancing read and one that tugged me along for the ride right through to the end! I love how the author kept Caleb's secret of why he left town to begin with for so long! I mean, you don't really find out the truth of the matter until you have read most of the book while still keeping things very interesting. And then the evil thing lurking around is absolutely crazy weird. This is one to add to your TBR if you're a fan of paranormal and shifter books!

She did it again. Eve Langlais has written another fabulous book. The croc is an unlikely shifter that really grows on you and makes you want a croc of your own. I think this book was wonderfully written and has a good storyline. I cannot wait until the next book in the series is out because I now want to know what is going on in Bitten Point. Thank you Eve For the great read and I cannot wait for the next.

This book is a great read. This author has got me hooked on her books.

Caleb left suddenly without any notice. Over four years he's been away and he's changed and been through a lot of negative times. Worried about seeing his mum again after their less then joyous departure he returns home with a lot of doubts.
Renny loved him once, at least she keeps telling herself it was past tense. Luke is more than enough to keep her busy. But suddenly he's back after denying their existence for the last four years. Renny is determined to keep him away from them both.

A second chance at love, this story was a lovely read. Mistakes, manipulations and misunderstandings have made life difficult for both Renny and Caleb. Renny is a strong female and one woman you should not cross. She's got a backbone, as well as a pride that can lead to her causing her own problems but through it all she doesn't back down. Caleb is a broken man, struggling from the horrors he's seen while serving overseas. But he's determined to be the best man he can now he's out and away from the manipulations of others.
