Simple story, but it hits the mark!

The book is extremely simple, but that means it was perfect for my 2 year old. He's completely fascinated with dump trucks and excavators so this we right up his alley. I had to read it to him 3x per night for a month. I wouldn't recommend it otherwise, but if your kid is into excavators and is really young, this is the best book for them.

Kids who love big machines will love this book!

If you have a little construction lover in your home then this book is for you. Kid's will be enthralled with Diggy, an adorable little digger who works very hard all day digging holes, filling up dump trucks until they are stuffed, and then.... starting all over again... because there is so much work to get done.

The text is simple and repetitive which little ones will love. The illustrations are colourful and bold perfect for that age group. This book is reminiscent of "Goodnight, Goodnight Construction Site", and "Where Do Diggers Sleep at Night." I think you child will dig it.
