A no-nonsense approach to coping with the loss of a loved one.

My marriage ended after just 15 months for no good reason. We had some issues but nothing that couldn't have been solved with counseling. I still love and miss my (ex) wife and it affects me in just about every way. She was the love of my life and she is always on my mind. Many times I have wanted to pick up the phone and call her, with hopes of reconciliation, but this book advocates a "no contact" approach & so far I've been adhering to that. I just hope the author is correct in what she's saying. In the meantime, I am trying to cope with the most painful loss I've ever experienced.
