Hello, World! Garden Time

Both my 2 year old son and 1 year old daughter love this book. My husband and I recently planted a garden so I wanted to get my son excited about it. I think he’s more excited about this book than the actual garden. We read it every night if not a couple times a day.

My two year old has a very curious mind and she absolutely loves this book. It's a great introduction to gardening and how plants grow. I also like that this book has considered that not everyone has yard to grow a garden. It mentions growing plants in your window/balcony and community gardening.

I have several Hello World! books for my son who is 2 1/2 currently. The pictures are lovely and fun for him to look at and the books do an excellent job of keeping all the concepts really simple and relevant for little ones to be introduced to. We got this Garden one for his Easter basket and because we are starting to introduce him to gardening outside and growing things. Now he can learn more about all the things Dad does outside! I adore these books!

The illustrations are very fun and vibrant- there’s lots to look at. It’s very educational about what gardens are, what seeds need to grow, the parts of plants, pollination, etc. It introduces more complex concepts in really simple terms so that I can connect my toddler to the flowers we planted while we read. There are larger text sections that I read to her, but there is finer print text on almost every page with more in depth facts that would be really great to be read to an older kiddo. I see us reading this book for many years!

This book is so cute! My 2 year old loves it. Pictures are colorful and there is a lot to talk about on each page. Would buy again and absolutely recommend!

Love the pictures, the explanations for how plants grow from seeds, it is a lovely book, good information for curios 3 year old! I will probably purchase the other books in this series.

Great book - made well, written well. Love the illustrations. Geared for kids ages 1-3. One of my go-to items for gifts.

I bought it for my 2 year old who's obsessed with gardening and dirt, but he's bored too quickly by having so much text on one page. The three year old loves it though, and the two year old likes flipping through the pages quickly to look at the pretty pictures.

Cute and informative but not our fav hello world book

This is the cutest little book for future gardeners. I love reading this book to my daughter and she loves chewing on the edges:) Great quality board book!
