His Loving Caress (Chasing Love)

Wow, Ms. Shaw you are such a fantastic writer, you start off giving teasers before the book comes out and your fans are sitting on pens and needles. This was a true love story that shows sometimes you have to lose something to really appreciate it. I'm sure many people can relate to "you never know what you have until it's gone. I along with your other fans are waiting on Preston book to come out. Please keep up the good work, and if it's possible. Write a little faster.

CONCEPT

STORY
Hearts in harmony?

Instead of falling apart when her childhood sweetheart chose his music career over marriage, Elle Lauren fled to Paris to study fashion design. Her stunning wedding gowns now give other brides the happily-ever-after she didn't have. Ignoring Braxton Chase's long-distance apologies has been easy. CHARACTERS
Braxton Chase and Elle Lauren had been childhood sweetheart and one day he did the unforgiven, he left Elle standing at the altar. After that devastating day Elle fled to Pairs to pursue her passion as a fashion designer. Braxton pursue his musician career as a Jazz singer and became one of the Jazz musicians around and Braxton later open up his Atlanta Jazz club.
From the moment these two saw each other again you could feel the love that they had between them and for Braxton this presenting several opportunity, for one he wants Elle forgiveness, and he also wants what he walk away from years ago, for Elle to be his wife. Braxton realizes that his life is not complete without Elle in it, and yes he fulfills most of his dreams. Over the years he had sent apologies to Elle which she ignored…out sight out mind……………….at least that the way Elle was looking at it until that faithful day when she saw him again.

Elle had hoped she wouldn’t run into Braxton but considering she was in Atlanta and at his club for a meeting was not going to happen. The hurt from Braxton betrayal went deep; Elle was angry and didn’t want to have anything to do with Braxton. Although the two have kept up with each other lives doesn’t mean she is ready to forgive. The SPARK is still there between despite the fact that he didn’t show up for the wedding.

DIALOGUE
The dialogue stayed in line with the flow of the story.

STRUCTURE
The structure of the story is right in line; it picks up right where The Sweetest Kiss ended. I will leave you with this the PIANO SCENE IS HOT HOT HOT………………….

OVERALL
In the latest Chase novel you see another Chase man bites the dust and he is oh so happy that he did. Braxton & Elle life is complete. They never stop loving each other and through their journey you will see that in the book. They know each other so well and it was good to catch with Braxton sisters (Megan & Sydney and their family) and Preston and his sister (Tiffani). As always Mrs. Shaw did not disappoint.
