Jesus Loves the Little Children (Cuddle And Sing Series)

I have read several reviews complaining about how wordy this book is... it is a song!!! You sing it to your kids, and they learned it (repetition makes a difference). My 18 months old loves this book. We got him one when he turned 1 year old and we sing it together every night until this day.

He loves it so much that I just got a second one for my nephew who is 3 months younger than my son. I am sure he will love it as well.

The second book I bought, however, came with a printing error (some of the pages were upside down). I got in touch with the seller and he/she gladly exchanged it for me at not additional cost. THANKS!

I will definitely buy from this seller again. I will definitely recommend this book for little kids as it is an awesome song to teach your little ones!

Nowhere near as great as the Jesus loves me book. I wish the places or nationalities were more concrete - mountain children ( how about "all the children of Peru"), island children (pick a place, like Guam), desert children (she's obviously drawn Arab children), grassland children (really, it's ok to say African children), coldland children (I sense she was itching to use the word Eskimo, but she could have coined arctic, or even Canadian). I throw in my own descriptors when I sing it.

Growing up, I remember having this book, and my mom reading/singing this song to me over and over again. In the midst of everything going on, it's our job, to teach our children, from a young age that Jesus loves ALL the little children of the world: red and yellow black and white.. I'm so excited that I found this book and ordered it for my step daughter. The message is really so simple to teach children!

Sorry...sure the author's heart was in the right place...just did not resonate with me. Cannot recommend this book. The book is really small with way too many words...thought it was going to be a book with the words of one of mine and my daughter's favorite bible songs, Jesus Loves the Little Children...it is not. The author has taken the liberty of changing the words and adding verses...very disappointing. Returning this book and looking for another one.

I gave 3 of these books as part of a Christening gift. Great for parents to read/sing to babies...the parents really liked it!

Debby Anderson's little books are the perfect gift to tuck in with a larger baby shower gift. They are durable, but best of all, have a great message for little children. I give them often!

Lyrics to the song include more than the typical "red and yellow, black and white" -- island children, small town children, etc. Smaller size board book so it can go in your purse.

Drawings are adorable and my grandchildren love these! Books are durable, excellent investment.

Seems to include all the children of the world in the pictures.

Loved that the illustrations reflected the diversity of the meaning of this well loved Christian song. The various pages/verses for the various regions of the world were perfect. It could be a little bigger, but it's fine as long as you know its the small board book size.
