Analyze This

The book has a lot of examples interspersed throughout the chapters. This is helpful for the paralegal/paralegal student when trying to learn about new concepts. And it explains how the structure of a legal office memo will differ from the non-legal environment.

But the 'court decisions' referred to in the text were unnecessary. Most reputable paralegal programs now are going to have instructors who comprehend that lexis is online. And will instruct students how to use it as part of their training. The cost of the book could have been lowered by eliminating this. If there is yet another version of this text, it needs to be required to drop both the Appellate Court Cases and Court Opinions Referred to in the Text sections.

Most used books are acceptable rather than good.

Delivered as promised and I realize I got a used rental but the back cover was sliced through pretty well along the spine it almost fell off. Nothing heavy duty clear shipping tape can't fix but the condition should be downgraded to acceptable rather than good.
