I need a Knight!

I loved this book, not as much as Love in Rewind, but this book was still a fantastic read. Tali has a beautiful writing style and it absorbs you into her world. The book flowed well and was full of drama, angst and love. You see another side to Sara and I loved her more than I did.
Sara is someone who has gone through life with secrets that could make her life a nightmare, so she hid them. The only person who knows is someone she shouldn't have but still craves them. Her best friend is none the wiser, but I always had a suspicion that Emily knew Sara was hiding something. Sara goes through a bucket load of emotion all within a few days and starts to feel something strong for Will. She goes behind Emily's back to send Will away, but what will happen when they come together? You have to read to find out how amazing they are.
Will (or Liam) is a man who had his world rocked two years before and then his world becomes shaken when he meets Emily in his hotel at the end of Love in Rewind. He seems to be obsessed with Emily, that is until he meets the fiery Sara. At fist he is just doing it to get to Emily and hurt Louis, but in the end, he finds out that the person he was still grieving, wasn't the person he thought.

This book was fast paced and you fall in love with both Sara and Will like I have. This book is worth every star and I can't wait to read more from Tali!

I want more.

I read Love In Rewind and was excited to see a second book in the series. I may love this second book even more. I had fallen in love with Louis and Emily. That is where we were first introduced to Sara, William (aka Liam), and Jeffrey. This book focuses on Sara and her relationships. The writing style for this book is different in a good way. The story mixes present time with the past. The plot in this book is intense. This book is full of surprises and will keep you on the edge of the seat. When you finish the book you will find yourself yelling at Tali. The story and the ending left me breathless.

Sara Klein has always been in love with one man. She gave him her love, her life, everything based on promises that he intended to fulfill. She's a beautiful, gifted attorney who can't see past her love for this one man.

William "Liam" Knight is infatuated with Sara's best friend, Emily and hell-bent on destroying her husband, Louis. All of that changes when he finds the beautifully broken Sara. Within a few hours, he has become enamored with her and realized there's more to the story than he's been told about his beloved sister's suicide.

This is the 2nd book in the Audio Fools series. I learned so much about both of these characters that when I finished I realized most of the book takes place in less than 24 hours. I could not put it down. The story had my full attention. I was very anxious to start this one after finishing the 1st book, Love in Rewind. Now I'm not so patiently waiting for the 3rd book. This book ends in a cliffhanger and all I can say is WOW! I cried with Sara and was rooting for her and Liam the whole time. When I started it, I had no idea how Ms Alexander was going to spin the tale. I loved this book and the writing was wonderful. I can't wait for the next one.

Sara has done many things that she’s not proud of. She doesn’t feel like she deserves love or even anything good to happen to her because of her past actions, but as we all know, most of the time these are the people that need it the most.

Sara has been Emily’s friend since forever and we met her in the first book, Love in Rewind. I immediately fell in love with her character, her spunk, her love of life and just wanted to know more about her. Here, we get to see why she acted the way she did, why she made choices that the rest of the world just couldn’t understand, and we get to empathize with her.

William is also a character from the first book and although he only showed up at the end, he was intriguing enough that I wanted to know more of him as well. And then throw in the fact he wanted to destroy Louis, whom I absolutely love, and there’s a big reason for me to want to figure him out.

William and Sara meet by accident, a botched plan that she concocts which doesn’t turn out anything like she hoped for. But things couldn’t have gone better, in a sense, any other way. I had conflicting emotions toward William because I didn’t like him very much at the beginning. After all, he was trying to separate Emily and Louis, but at the same time, I could see where he was coming from. His despair over his sister’s death was blinding him to everything else.

This story is full of some funny moments, as Sara is always throwing out her witty comments, and there were some very hot and spicy ones too. I loved the interaction between them. Their conversations and the way they began to rely on each other was very well done. I also loved seeing Emily and Louis again.

Jeff is also an intriguing character. You see both sides of the coin through Tali’s great writing, but can’t be sure of what the outcome will be. This love triangle is so emotional and I can’t wait to see how it will all unravel.

Great story in a great series!

Well....Tali Alexander has done it again!! Lies in Rewind is Sara's story. We get to know what is going on in her life today, as well as the things in her past that have made her the woman she is. We got glimpses of her personal story in Love in Rewind...but this book is all her! From her first kiss, to her first love, to why she continues to have an on-again-off-again affair with a married man...we get all the dirty deets!! The sexy Brit, William, makes a return in this book...and we get a glimpse into his personal life as well.

Overall, another amazing book. I am anxiously awaiting the next book in the series!!

I don't know just what I expected when I started this book. It's the second in the series. Lies picks up where Love stopped, but with two different characters point of view.
I can only say Tali Alexander out did herself! How could she top Love in Rewind....
I have no idea how she did it I can only say Lady keep doing what you do! Fan for life.

This picks up with William and Sara s story. I had gotten Williams story in Love. OMG! Saras story is so different from what I had thought. This book pulled me in from the beginning. I felt the emotional connection with both Sara and William. I cried. I laughed. I couldn't believe how it ended. I am here hanging on waiting on the next book!! Thank you for an amazing read!
