Really funny

My daughter starts middle school next year so I thought this would be a good book. I read aloud at night and we are both laughing a lot! She's really engaged with the characters and story. Some great unexpected moments that can lead to some discussions. Really amazing to see his children's books! Can't wait for more! Go Rafe!

6th grader really enjoys

Our 6th grader is enjoying this series. He is currently on the 3rd book. They are a quick read but keep him engaged and reading. It was hard to pin him down on what he liked about them, "They are good." "Yes, they are funny". But as he keeps reading the series, they are obviously appealing to him. He also has enjoyed the Maze Runner series by James Dashner, "Hatchet" by Gary Paulsen The Eighth Day series by Dianne Salerni, and, of course The Diary of a Wimpy Kid series by Jeff Kinney.

We love James Patterson!

This is such a cute series. My son is in the 5th grade and I bought him this for Christmas. He has enjoyed reading it and wants me to get the other books in the series. He is a strong reader, but also a reluctant reader, so for him to ask for more books is really saying something about the quality of the story. James Patterson is amazing!
