Intensely passionate and fascinating...melted my heart and increased my heart rate!

Jodi Ellen Malpas writes amazing men! It’s bittersweet that her One Night series has reached its conclusion. As anxious as I was to dive in (I seriously couldn’t wait), I took my time and savored the book. And now I am missing Miller Hart.

Picking up where book 2 leaves off, Miller and Livy spend some quality time in NYC before they are forced back into the turmoil awaiting them in London. Once back in London, the story unfolds in a whirlwind! As they fight the forces that threaten to tear them apart, bombshells are dropped, secrets are unearthed, and all the questions throughout the series are finally answered.

Miller is intensely passionate and fascinating in his perfectly imperfect ways. The depth of the love between him and Livy is powerful, and I was consumed by his beautiful words and the ways he continually worships her. He melted my heart and increased my heart rate! Livy’s trademark sass is heavy in this book, but I think she was outdone by her Nan! Nan is an incredible woman—a treasure for sure. I’ve loved her character throughout the series, but this book truly endeared her to me.

Jodi’s writing is fantastic as always. She knows how to make me swoon or scowl, laugh or rage, and everything else in between. Without spoilers, I think the epilogue deserves a special mention because it is perfect! As sad as I am this Must Read series has come to an end, I’m happy Jodi has given me M & Livy’s unforgettably romantic story. Though she’s left me extremely curious as to what new man she is working on next.
