Loads of advice and instructions on how to modify patterns and with drawn illustrations to make things clearer. Great Book!!

Excellent book. When I started back sewing a couple of years ago I had to learn a new skill--Fitting & Adjusting. This book has been a tremendous help. I also have her original book "Fitting with Finesse." The books are the same, but the Finesse book has a few extra fitting techniques that are not in the newer book. For instance, princess seams & raglan sleeve adjustments are not in the newer book. I would suggest grabbing both, it is worth it. She uses the slide & pivot technique for adjustments, which to me is better than slashing & spreading.
