Rent-A-(Really Shy!)-Girlfriend 1

I liked the character from the main series but honestly don't enjoy the framing and the chapter setup for the stories; basically each chapter is a different "oh she's so shy" gag. This is just a mediocre read at this point. Like a supplement to the main series without any of the life that makes rent a girlfriend a fun read. Sumi isn't really given her own supporting characters to round out her personality beyond her shyness to the degree that even most of the background characters and those who date her aren't even drawn with faces. It may improve with time finding it's own supporting cast and over reaching plot beyond a gag per chapter but I'd only recommend reading it if you're a super fan of the regular series.

If you like the character Sumi from the original story then you'll LOVE this. It was super adorable and fun to read. Looking forward to the volume 2.

Tried to read the main series cause I enjoy Slice of Life stuff but the main character is largely unlikable, but the spin off is so far a lot better. The main girl Sumi is adorable and more entertaining to read about, sorta like Komi but not as over the top with it.

As a shy person. I love to see Sumi and her daily activities. To me she’s just so relatable for people with extreme anxiety to understand. I’m glad I bought this spinoff.

Really liked the Sumi spin-off. Liked her in the anime and manga and wanted to see more of the character. Comedic and cute.

I love this spin-off of rent a girlfriend, gives u a nice perspective view on Sumi's life and how she deals with her social anxiety. Shipping was super fast too

If you're familar with Rent a Girlfriend, this is now from Sumi's perspective in which I'm soooo happy that they did! I'm a shy person myself and I get the feeling many others will share her experience and what she has to go through. The art is consistent and amazing!! Our girl Sumi is sure to bring your heart some warmth.

I love the story of sumi, and I am waiting for volume 2 to come out.

this was a great manga, amazing amazing, sumi is best girl, the only downside was the packaging, at the top of the book spine there is a small small rip, but its not that noticeable, other than that this was a really good read and i recommend it to any sumi enjoyers

Great side character spin-off based on Rent-A-Girlfriend as Sumi Sakurasawa the shy introverted girl. Really cute & interesting story showcasing her background, thoughts & feelings & etc. Can't wait for next volume!
