Caught in the middle of a plot driven by greed and lust, Mason soon discovers that carrying a king’s ransom is not without its risks.Meanwhile, Issa and Mother must find their way out of the tunnels under Mount Weather. Pregnant and without supplies, Issa is forced to use her wits and trusty Merkel rifle to keep them alive. As they push deeper into the darkness, they uncover a horror that traces back to the earliest days of Mother’s rule. They quickly realize that their only hope for escape is to trust one another, even if it means taking an unthinkable risk. With two nuclear warheads in their possession, Tanner and Samantha embark on their journey back to Mount Weather. Along the way, they encounter a bounty hunter in search of his next job. most look forward to book series ever...

read the whole series then passed each book as i finished to next person. they bugged me constantly as to when they could get the next one. i loved the characters and realism so much, that im going to buy the whole series again because when you lend out books you never get them all back and i have others i'd like to let borrow them. with all the junk on tv these days this series would make great tv. i guarantee any one who would start reading these books would'nt be able to stop. so sad this series is done. please mr. Bradley start another series unless you have already, i'll have to check...

Just finished reading this book, the last of a series I have been reading over the past few years. Very engaging characters and nice wrap up to the story. Thank you.

Grabs you from the start and won't let go.

I have just finished the 12th book in the series. It was a very satisfying experience. I find myself satisfied with the ending, and also sad it's over.
Your stories should be made into a movie or TV series. I have throughly enjoyed these books and recommended them to everyone I know. This journey was amazing. These books grab you from the beginning and make you beng read them.

Thanks for your wonderful talent and imagination.

Product Review

Well, this is the last book of the series. I have enjoyed each and every adventure countered by the characters. I really recommend this series. It's very entertaining, plenty of action, coping, survival, violence, losses, sadness and moments where the characters are able to breath. It gives a perfect image of the will to survive.

Sad to see it end, but happy to have been along for the ride.

With “Road Home” Dr. Bradley brings the Survivalist to a conclusion. Having read several of the outstandingly written reviews, I feel ill equipped to rise to that level. Many have said they read the whole book swiftly, but I went slower in this one, delaying the inevitable end. Therefore, let me just mention a few things that stood out for me. My main question going into this final volume was the tying up up of loose ends, and Dr. Bradley does an admirable job of doing just that. There are references to old characters and situations in this final narrative, as the story progresses to the end. I love that the gold was retrieved from the lake! With eleven prior volumes it’s tough to cover all questions, like the status of the colony and its future with Mt. Weather. But sometimes it’s better to let the reader ponder such questions. In any event, as with the previous volumes, character development is good, the action is intense, and there’s always some practical survival wisdom to digest. It’s been a pleasure, thank you Dr. Bradley.

Awesome Series

Love the series, will keep buying as long as he keep writing. Most survival techniques in the book are actual and would work in real life survival scenarios.

a good closure

I did enjoy the books. some things got a little OUT OF THIS WORLD. But the book was enjoyable to read and was not to toooo serious - a good closure to the long story. I hope to read some more works by this author. I am an outdoors person (spend well over 25% of all my time in the woods), pro gun, pro carrying your own weight, and always ready for the what if. All the books agreed with me well.

Book number 12 of a 12 book pandemic apocalypse series

Book number 12 of a 12 book pandemic apocalypse series. I read the well printed and bound POD (print on demand) trade paperback. This is probably the end of the series so I will not be purchasing any more books in the series.

The pandemic was global, virulent, and man-made. 80% of the worlds population died in a month. 10% of the population were unaffected. The other 10% were horribly mutated by the virus.

In the year since the pandemic, many things have happened. This is their story.
