The audible is NOT a reading of the book, it is an audio of a workshop from Sounds True. It is my guess that the CD is also the workshop. In the workshop, she recommends buying the book so if you are looking for a audio of the book, there is not one (to my knowledge). If there is, please reply to let me know. 5 stars because Caroline 's work is profound and transformational and because 6 stars are not available.
