An Exceptionally Helpful Prayer Resource

I love lectio divina and it forms the backbone of my prayer life. I'd like to say that I have plenty of time to sit down, relax towards silence, and THEN pick up the day's readings and find my own path. Sometimes I do, most of the time I don't. How do I describe these materials? They are not your average reflections. It's like someone pre-prayed the day's readings and then put their thoughts down for someone else to use. "This is the path I found, maybe it will be helpful to you.

The only drawback is the size of the book, I prefer paper for prayer time but the book doesn't fit in my purse. I have, however, figured out a work around. I tear out the pages for the week and put them with my Liturgy of the Hours. Problem solved. I just had to overcome my abhorrence of vandalizing books.
