What an amazing book! After being angrily accused of being a narcissist, and told I should look it up and start therapy, I found this publishers site. After reading some articles I knew I had to get out! What to do? What to expect? Am I being too tough on her, should I try harder again, was it my fault she started a fight right after I paid for dinner? The reasoning behind all this is in the book. Although I'm not in a new relationship with Crazy, I'm just trying to find answers to fix the relationship, but this book helped me realize there is no reality that will allow this to work. Since leaving I have found peace, clarity, and friends all around who were waiting for me to get through the fog. Life is beautiful again my friends... That is until Crazy started showing up, stalking, and harassing me at work! Which was warned about in some of the articles that Crazy just won't allow her control over you to be lost. A court order is on its way, as I'm taking the steps to make my life, my life again. I want to thank the publishers, writers, whoever was involved with this, for helping all of us out here in the fog looking for a light and to please keep it up. I want to say to anyone looking for help, this book is a great help for couples with a crazy ex and great for singles too! Keep your head up and don't give up on yourself! Freedom isn't far away.

One of the best books I have ever read. I recommend this book to anyone that has an imposing ex spouse in their life! AMAZING!!!

Absolute MUST read for everyone dealing with a difficult Ex spouse that is unreasonable, unethical, immoral, or crimminal in their behavior. This should be mandatory reading for everyone involved with Family Law, the Mental Health Industry, Counseling, Government employees, and elected officals. All Public School employees should be trained on this book. Parental alienation is real, and it's a culturally acceptable crime no different than slavery was when it was legal too. The book is clear, violence is wrong, abuse (physical, mental, emotional, etc.) is wrong, One gender is not morally superior. The book deals with the cold reality that in too many cases Family Law permanently destroys the relationships between fathers and their children, and the strategies of moving forward with their lives in spite of Ex's determination to sabatoge life. Hopefully the next book will focus with how to grieve the death of these relationships.

The only book someone needs to read to remove that toxic ex from their life. Examples given by the authors are so spot on that you start to believe it is a biography of your own life and not a book just written to help all people in this/these situations. If you struggle with getting validation of what you have went through, continue to go through or are just recognizing what you are going through, look no further and read this book!

Wow I just finished this book tonight and cannot praise Dr Tara and Paul enough to thank them for a raw and frank look at many a man's reality after he breaks free from his own Crazy. I stumbled upon and latched on to the blog I found months back when I was desperate to understand this underground world of crazy women that exists. I never knew it could be so bad and so real until I met my fiancée and low and behold here we are. This book is for any woman/man/couple trying to navigate the crazy infested lanes of life brought their way after a divorce, especially with children. What a gift, what a find, so thankful to have found this gem. If you are struggling often with what to do, how to act, and what just happened-you must give this book a shot!

Loved this book because it explains everything and lets me know I'm not the only one dealing with Crazy!! If you are dealing with a crazy ex wife that uses the kids in the most manipulated way to hurt you... this is the book for you! But not only kids... it also talks about how to handle people with mental disorders that normal people can't fathom. It explains it in detail. This book has been most helpful. I've read several others looking for answers but the gave the run around.

I went through a very difficult divorce with a narcissistic woman. This book is extremely realistic and down to earth when it comes to dealing with the craziness ensued when dealing with a bipolar/narcissistic/sociopath ex wife.
