This book may deter some people because of the title and think they don't have a problem with their self-esteem. But don't be deceived this book is fantastic and can help with all kinds of things like anxiety, stress, inner critic, difficult feelings, understanding yourself and why you do the things you do and behave certain ways, etc. It personally has helped me with anxiety and my inner critic but really everyone can learn something from this book and will help you learn about yourself.

Let me be honest, I'm only just starting to ...

Let me be honest, I'm only just starting to read this book. But so far, I think it's very well presented. The chapters are relevant. My mental health therapist approved it as a book that they wanted to read themselves. If I feel otherwise by the end of the book, I'll update this review. 5 stars for now!
