Skinny Bitch in a Box

This book is fun, I read it in a matter of days in my spare time!!! It's got a great message. I am trying to change my diet to vegetarian/vegan...with this book it seems a bit easier! Fowl language...but hey, I'm no saint...=) This book explains what is truly good for you, and what YOU DON'T KNOW about our everyday food. 3 days going vegetarian and I feel awesome like the book said I would!!! The draw-backs as I said are the swears, and they make it clear how ANTI-Republican they are. We all have a right to our opinions, so whatever. Good buy. Go for it, it could change your life too!

this was the most "in your face" weightloss/dieting book i have ever read. there was no sugar coating whatsoever - i loved it! i read the whole book in one evening and then ordered a copy for my best friend. it's from a vegetarian/vegan point of view, but it has good basics for losing weight and eating right.

These books are really great for anyone who wants to lose weight and wants a to change their life. They hit home with reality and they give great and sound nutritional advice. There's lots of humor... it's a laugh a minute reading these books. I feel the foul language was really a bit over the top and not needed to get the point across, but when it is all said and done, these books will truly help a person make much needed lifestyle changes. The thing that really helped me more than anything is, I've known for awhile now that I cannot digest meat and dairy very well anymore. But giving it up has been really hard for me. Well, not anymore. I read these books and I could not give that stuff up fast enough. I took the advice of the Skinny Bs that wrote the book and I got another book they recommended, "Slaughterhouse" by Gail Eisnitz. All I can say is wow. My mind is blown. I wish everyone would read these books.

This book is a good read for everyone, whether you are looking to lose weight or not. It's a great review on making healthy choices, and it provides rationale for making these choices. The info is delivered in such an entertaining way, you look forward to reading!

LOVE this book so much and I was excited to find it in hard cover and in this little set :)

She is a hilarious writer. Smart Aleck and off color just like my own sick sense of humor. I like it.

this book gave me another look a how to lose weight-the writers of these books are not doctors
but it was interesting to get their points of view. i have found my self quoting this book in conversation with others

These books are written so well. They are very educational but keep you laughing along the way. An easy read for sure.
