Beautiful, helpful book!

I already had the kindle version of this book, but it doesn't do justice to this hardcover version. It is beautifully organized & laid out for easy reading. The recipes are good, and I haven't eaten like this in the past, so that is a testimonial! I turned 50 last year and started having some thyroid slowness. I really feel better when I follow this guide. The book arrived in perfect condition, but it has stickers on it showing it came from a library and I wasn't expecting that - I thought it was new.
