Best normal keto food I've ever come across

I've done a lot of low carb, HFLC, and KETO eating in my life. This is the most helpful cookbook I have ever come across. The food looks delicious, appetizing, and easy to make. I gained my weight eating out every day and frankly these recipes help me loose weight while still feeling like I'm eating out all the time. My husband is super picky and has enjoyed the food so far. My baby girl ate the pizza I made from this book too. If you are desperately looking for easy normal Keto food to make, this is it. The author is halarious and gives all sorts of notes to help you be successful. She calculates everything out too. Honestly this book was a God send for us and will be for you too. Try it for yourself.

I was very disappointed with this cookbook. Not only were the recipes bland but they were not something my family would find appealing. The pictures in the cookbook were certainly not appetizing but they did reflect the outcome. i wish that I had not wasted my money. THAT BEING SAID, THE DIRTY, LAZY KETO BOOK IS WORTH A READ. I WOULD AVOID THE COOKBOOK. THERE ARE MUCH BETTER RECIPES ONLINE.

Only plan that ever worked for me!

This is truly the ONLY diet that worked for me! In fact I can’t even call it a diet, as much as it is a way of life for me now. I have tried everything: WW, Nutri System, Low carb/Atkins (which, yes I know is similar to Keto) But Stephanie’s plan is amazing. Easy to follow, and so many recipes, ideas and varieties that it is almost impossible to “slip up”.
The varieties of her recipes are excellent as well, there is truly some5ing for everyone. Having lost my job in 2020, and staying at home so much, the principals of this diet laid the groundwork for me to not fear food and eating. I was able to implement all of her tips, suggestions and recipes, as well as tweak them to my personal tastes.
Since this is a high fat diet, I was never really hungry. Don’t be afraid of high fat diets,they really satiate you.
I love that her style is very laid back. She often refers to the “keto police” and I have had one or two brushes with them while doing “strict keto”. You know, those internet know it all’s who like to feel superior and tell you “THAT’S NOT KETO!!!” Or telling you you are “doing it wrong”. In their eyes, I have been “doing it wrong” yet I have lost 30lbs in the back half of 2020!
If you have tried keto before and think it is too strict or too bland, and you think all you can eat are bacon and avocados, then give Stephanie’s books a try.

I actually haven't tried any of the recipes as of yet! But I plan too. I just wanted to say reading
the first 50 pages was like listening to Stephanie on her pod casts (which I absolutely love an never miss a episode) ! She is so witty and honest and tells it like it is! If we met I am sure we could be best friends ! The recipes look amazing! I plan on using one or two recipes every week ! Can't wait to see what you do next! Lots of Love!
