PICTURES!!!!!!!!

I am so glad there's so many pictures!!! I am the type of person who NEEDS pictures. I cannot stand when there's a cookbook with no or too few pictures. The book is beautiful and so sweet with the family. With that said, I dont personally consider most of the recipes "no fuss." That's what really intrigued me because I am always trying to find cookbooks with simple easy to do meals but for my world, most of these are too involved to be no fuss. But I understand that for a professional chef, these may be considered no fuss. I give it 5 stars though because it has so many pictures and it's beautifully put together. Also, I may keep it still because the recipes look good but the jury is still out for me. I definitely recommend it to try though.

not just for families with small kids or picky eaters

I am an inadvertent collector of cookbooks so I have many, but I think this might be a favorite. I have earmarked half of this book to make in the future. I can't wait to make the lasagna cupcakes and the creamy slow cooker tomato soup. I was afraid the book would have too many "kiddie" recipes or recipes for picky eaters, but I think my teenagers will really love the recipes in this book. Glad I purchased it.

very usable cookbook, but the font could have been larger

I read through and marked more than half of the book for the future days when I'll be wondering what to cook for the family. Just made Dal-lish-ous lentils with ginger, garlic, and tomatoes. There were lots of ingredients that went into the dish, so it was a bit involved. I am making it on Saturday, so I have something for the coming week for an easy lunch. I enjoy cooking and this book gives me joy by giving me something delicious and nutritious for me to cook. I am excited because I know I'll be using this cookbook regularly instead just looking at the pretty pictures. Only wish that the font was larger. Amazing cookbook with something for everyone

Such a well written book with tons of great recipes for even the pickiest eaters. I am a bit of a cookbook collector and have so many, but this one is quickly becoming a fav. I’ve actually already gifted a copy to a friend. Would give it 6 stars if I could. Also, try the artichokes- outstanding!

Some fuss

The book should be titled “moderate fuss”. I got it because it seemed to promise easy family meals that were kid friendly. I don’t necessarily think that’s true. Recipes are fine as far as food goes. But if I have to make my own dressings, i certainly wouldn’t title it NO fuss. Recipes definitely require a moderate amount of fuss.

But more than that, the amount of narrative in this book is insane. If I wanted to read a novel with every recipe I’d have printed off some food blogs.

So yummy and easy!!

My favorite part of this NO FUSS cookbook is the photos of each of the recipes, following right behind are the heartfelt stories of the recipes! My fav childhood recipes all have stories behind them and I have a feeling a few of these will end up in my kids list of favorites!! Putting money on the ‘Everything but the kitchen sink’ cookies and the Pancakes!
