I loved it, money well spent

I loved it, money well spent! I had seen Dr Alred's at professional golf tournaments working with some of the best players in the world and I was curious about what they were doing . The book gave me a clear picture on what he works on: getting the player to perform under pressure, when it matters the most. Book gives you a very interesting insight of both professional golf and rugby. Worth the read!
