Cute but had corroded batteries

Cute book recommended by a pre-school teacher friend in The Netherlands, I couldn't wait to give it to my young grandchild. However, when I tried the sounds, nothing happened. Turned out the batteries were corroded! Fortunately we had some replacements that worked. If you plan to give it as a gift, you should check to see if the sound works.

Great for the budding naturalist. A comparison of how different animals poop without going to the petting zoo or farm. Love the sound effects. I think initially I had more fun with this than my 3-year-old niece and 6-year-old nephew . . . but now all their drawings for me include animals pooping . . .
