The Ultimate Book of Animals

The Ultimate Book of Animals is a “Whoa!” book. My 7-year-old immediately dove in, lifting, pulling and spinning the more than 50 interactive elements located inside. The more time she spent with it, the more reading she did, sharing new facts with me every 20-30 seconds.

The book is well constructed, designed to get heavy use. It’s a great sort of “in-between” book that will work for those who need/want it read-aloud or for more advanced readers who want to explore on their own.

Based on the “wows” and “ahhhs” and “interestings” that came from my daughter as she read The Ultimate Book of Animals, I’d say the book is a winner. This is a great option for special occasions, and I plan to include it on my gift guide at the end of November.

Gift for nieces, they loved it. I was fascinated, my wife thinks I need a copy.

Horrible book.. this is sold as a kids book.
Toddlers and youg children do not need to know or SEE pictures of the animals breeding.. i was horrified to find this in a book i had bought for my grandson.. the "flaps" are not pop ups.. this book os niether cute or funtional..would give zero stars.. i do not recommend this book.

Darling book, sectioned off not by types of animals but by birth and growing, seeing, hearing, body coverings.. focused more on animal characteristics instead of specific animals

Very inappropriate “poop” pages in the book. Completely unnecessary and foolish to include in a child’s book.

I originally bought the Ultimate Book of Vehicles for my grand kids. When I saw this Ultimate Book of Animals, I knew they would love it. And they did. They love all the extra pull outs and expansions these books have.

My eight year old grandson loves it!

Our kids love lift the flap books and animals so when I saw this on sale I immediately purchased it. We had borrowed it from our library so I knew it was already a hit. So detailed, fun, and many interesting facts!

I bought my daughter this book for her 14th birthday, she’s autistic and although high functioning she is more like 9-10 years old mentally, and she absolutely loves it! She took it to school to show her autism support class and the teacher messaged me to find out where I bought it so they could purchase one for the classroom as several students also loved it! So it’s teacher approved and most importantly it’s approved by kids with autism. If you aren’t aware, kids with autism can be easily distracted so the fact this book holds their attention speaks volumes! The pictures are great and you learn a lot about many different animals!

This book about animals was a Christmas for our nephew. His dad says he enjoys learning about all the animals & the way the book encourages interaction.
