Seriously? you NEED this book
I've been keto for over 3 years. I have all Carolyns other books. they are wonderful, and I recommend them all the time. This came last night. Now, know I own a bakery. I make up my own recipes all the time. I do have a keto line as well as "regular" , and am forever having my customers try a keto cookie or whatever, to be sure they are pleasing to all. Now this book comes along. Game changer!!! Whoopee pies? Tiramisu? RUM CAKE?? I'm thinking i'm going to bake my way through the book....Thank you Carolyn for another winner...YOU ROCK!!!

Truly the Ultimate Keto Cookbook out there!
I have had this cookbook now for a few days and I just cant stop reading it! I have been baking low carb now for almost 10 years and I though I knew it all but, I have learned so much more There is no question in my mind that this is the Ultimate Keto cookbook and I own a lot of low carb cookbooks. The first 50 pages cover everything you need to know about baking. There is a chapter on ingredients, a chapter on the science of keto baking and a chapter on bakeware and tools. Then the Baking begins! There are Twelve chapters of baking. Everything from cookies, cakes, muffins, scones, fancy cakes, fancy cookies, bars, and biscuits, and much more. There are over a 150 recipes with 120 brand new ones never seen. The breads in this book are mouthwatering. I have a whole cabinet of cookbooks but this one is the one you need! This is the one that really excites me. I cant stop baking! I am having so much fun and my family is too!

What are you waiting for?
The only thing missing is a pile of post-its to mark off the many recipes I cannot wait to make! The photos are beautiful, the recipe instructions are concise, and there is so much information in the beginning that will be particularly useful to new Keto bakers, but just as handy for those of us who have been baking Keto for years. This is such a gem of a cookbook, and having followed Carolyn's blog for years I know that I can trust these recipes. I can't wait to start baking!

Yowza! Finally a great book on Keto Baking
I had pre-ordered this book in Nov. and just received today. Just finished reading the entire book and it is terrific. Since I am a fellow Portlander, am just a tad proud of her work. I was quite relieved that she went through the issue of sugars and actually mentioned Allulose. I know she likes Swerve, however, for me it has a high cooling effect taste and the only ones that I have tried that do not have an adverse effect are allulose and xylitol. Erythritol, which I have used also leaves a very chemical type aftertaste. She also gives an alternative to using almond milk which I really appreciated as it is expensive, sold in half gallons only and when you live alone it is very expensive to shell out nearly $5.00 in order to get a 1/3 cup of something to bake with. All in all a great and very welcome book to the Keto lifestyle in which I find myself having to live in due to diabetes. I also, am "That Girl", which she writes about in her preface. Made me laugh out loud!!

Tried & True Best Keto Bible Ever!
I own all of 6 of Carolyn Ketchum's books and never have been disappointed. I have gifted dozens of Carolyns books to friends who love healthy meals and/or fighting Cancers, T1 or T2 diabetes. She is by far the best author anyone wanting fantastic EASY recipes for healthy and/or keto, low carb way of life. My endocrinologist even shows interest in her books! I used to call her first book "My Bible" Now I have agree with Carolyn yet again! This latest book has to be OUR all-time favorite! I do not give 5-star ratings unless they earn them. This should be given a 10-star rating! Good job and thank you!

Lots of duplicate and filler recipes for my liking
I was so excited to get this, but I AM SO UNDERWHELMED. This author has a website that used to be amazing, but over the years has become such an obvious sales platform. She is a shill for so many low carb products that just aren’t very good. She has many cookbooks that just duplicate recipes from other books and I think she creates many marginal recipes just to fill these books up. That said, some of her recipes are great and she clearly has a lot of talent. It gets annoying to hear her constantly droning on about how everyone steals recipes from her and she was the FIRST to create this and that. She also uses way too much coconut flour and never offers substitutions.

A reference guide, not just a cookbook
I have been a collector of cookbooks my entire adult life. A couple of years ago, through a lot of trial and error, I learned that food was dramatically affecting my chronic pain. As a result my family decided change our eating habits and drastically reduced our consumption of carbohydrates (among other things, but especially sugars). I have had to relearn everything I’ve ever known about baking.
For the first time in years, I have found a “cookbook” to rival some of my old favorites... think King Arthur Flour. This book is so much more than a collection of recipes. This is a reference book; truly, as the title suggests, it is an ultimate guide. From describing the differences in flour alternatives to adjusting recipes to your specific pan size... it’s all covered.
I’ve had the book for a week. I’ve read it from cover to cover. My husband and 3 kids have gone through and flagged multiple recipes they want me to try “next.” If I’m being honest, it hasn’t been out of arms reach as long as I’ve been in the same building with it.
I thought for sure I would gravitate to the sweets first. However of the three recipes I have made so far, 2 have been savory... I will 100% make all 3 of them again. I cannot wait to finish baking my way through this book

This cookbook is a game changer!
I am a bit of a food snob. If I am going to eat those calories, they better taste good. This cookbook is amazing! I am feeding keto desserts to people that don’t eat keto and they are asking for the recipe. They are shocked when I tell them it’s keto. My niece couldn’t stop eating the “Oatmeal” Lace cookies. (Obviously they didn’t have oatmeal in them.) So I made them for a pastor’s conference and they were the first cookie to disappear. So far every recipe I have tried has been wonderful. ❤️

An absolute must have for celiac and keto people
I actually had yeast bread today for the first time in five years. Besides doing the keto diet I have celiac disease. All the gluten free bread taste like sawdust. This book is amazing the first chapter is all information about the various sweeteners, flours and baking techniques. For someone with celiac or other gluten intolerance since were doing the low-carb lifestyle I highly recommend this book by the way I’ve lost 132 pounds eating low-carb and I’m 70 years old. My book is so worn already I might have to get a second one.
