Editing mess.

Sending it back. The editing is so bad that one page actually has a jumble of two recipes mixed into one. Other recipes call for adding things not listed in the i gredient list. Some recipes look good, but with all the editing errors I don't think I can trust the outcome.

Nice book needs proof reading

I have just started looking through the book. Nice paper, great pictures but I am a bit worried. Page 79 lists a recipe for BBQ pork which is really the recipe for classic carnitas repeated on page 60. We can only hope there aren't other issues. At one point in the book she states that all recipes are natural release but it isn't mentioned in the recipes. FYI .

It gives an experienced cook a head start on ideas but the ingredients don't match the instructions in many of the recipes. I would not recommend this book to a newcomer to cooking at all . It will leave them confused and unhappy.

Finally an Instant Pot book that's good for beginners as well as advanced users. Yeah! Many recipes are just put ingredients in and start it up. Other recipes have a little prep involved and a few are a little more involved but there are so many I know I will try as my prep skills improve. Highly recommend this book!

This book is great! I love that it has 200 recipes, and they are easy, everyday food perfect for my family of four. The photos are nice and the recipes are easy to follow. So far I've made the Rosemary Braised Lamb Shanks and the Turkey Pot Roast and both were a hit!

Horrible editing

I do not understand how books make it to the shelf like this. I’m sure many of these recipes would be good if the title of the recipe / ingredients/ instructions matched. Example: the Potato-Leek and Chive Soup has absolutely no Chives added in the instructions or ingredients list. Or the labeled Chicken Carbonara with no chicken. It’s really frustrating for a beginner instant pot user to use and follow this cookbook. They need to edit this cookbook and come out with a new edition.

I bought the needed ingredients for the instant pot spicy BBQ pulled pork on page 79 only to realize the directions were for another recipe. Does anyone have the correct instructions? I am very disappointed in the cookbook as this is not the only mistakes in the book.
