Like brand new.

This cook book is exactly what I wanted. I had loaned a copy from my library and liked it so well that I wanted my own book. The one I purchased 'used' was just like brand new and I am very happy with it. This is the way to buy books, and I am obtaining a nice selection of those that i want by first checking them out of my library and thus knowing exactly what I am buying. There are no disappointments that way.
Amazon has a great web site and I buy my books and my kindle books all from it.
