Finally, we find out what happened to Brad! We briefly met Brad in I-Ops: Strategic Vulnerability. Alpha Wolf Shifter Brad Durant has been held by mad men, almost broken, and experimented on for more days than he can remember. Fiery Succubus, Alice Gladden, finds herself one minute soaking up the energy around her at a college frat party and the next moment wakes up finding herself lying on the cold floor of a cell. Waking up to find herself imprisoned by man men was not how she envisioned her night. Alice and her inner succubus feel a fierce attraction to her fellow captive, Brad. How can girl focus on escaping when all she wants to do is have a go at her sexy cell mate?

A must read!

I absolutely loved this story. I have been looking forward to reading Brad's story ever since seeing him taken and I cannot wait to read Vic's story either..hint ;). Mandy creates an amazing world full of vivid characters. We met both main characters in previous stories. Mandy does a great job giving us their view points of what has happened in the previous stories to refresh our minds. Brad is a wolf shifter and all Alpha Male. Alice is part succubus and part who knows what and she needs sexual energy to stay alive. We find them where we last left off with Mae and Corbin. They are on the run from the last people who took them. Neither knows who to trust and only trust each other. Little do they know they will get some help from some unexpected allies (you have to love Gus and Bill). I believe this is a great story and an amazing introduction in to the Shadow Agent series. It is full of action, lust and steamy scenes. You do not have to read the previous series to enjoy this book but I highly recommend it. Mandy does an amazing job in the PSI/Immortal Ops world she has created and every story is a must read.

The Succubus meets her Match

Brad has been a captive for almost a year. The former Navy SEAL and Lycan is just about to give up when he has visions of a beautiful redhead. He has always had a weakness for them and he has very protective feelings for the woman of his fantasies. Alice is a college student and succubus who was kidnapped at a frat party. She is tough and refuses to give in or give up hope, but desperately needs to feed when she is put in a cell next to the hottest man she has ever seen.

I was so excited to be given this book in exchange for an honest review. Since I finished reading Corbin and Mae's story, I have been dying to find out what happened to Brad, Alice and Ezra. Ms. Roth has told their story in her usual style, combining nail biting suspense with erotic love scenes. I really loved getting to know Alice better, and she is a perfect match for her wolf. I was intrigued by Ezra and want to know what happened to the missing Caesar and Vic. This series has a lot more to offer and I can't wait until the next story.

Awesome to see an Alpha bend

Wow, MMR has captured my imagination yet again. I'm so glad that we got Brad's story.....I was hoping that he was ok. Could not put this down, read from start to finish without putting it down.
This book caught me in its spin and didn't let go until the end, I loved the tension between Brad and Alice also that Brad keeps fighting his natural dominance for her. The descriptive words that make you laugh and cry, and the strength of the characters left me in awe.
I loved seeing yet another side to a character we have met before and hope his and their stories can be read soon.

I received an advanced copy for my honest review. The only thing better than a great story is a great story that includes characters from past stories! Alice and Brad's story was great, a little shorter than I would have liked, but that's not really a fair comment. I would prefer all of Mandy Roth's books to be very long books. For being a shorter book than normal, the plot and characters were well thought out and brought to life!

This book is a spin off of Mae and Corbin's story in Act of Command - - loved how well this was written!!! Brad has been held captive for close to a year, being fed drugs to make him change and up his sex drive. He is barely holding his wolf in check when Alice, a hot and sassy succubus is captured and placed near him. Alice hasn't been captive as long, but she has certainly had a rough life as a college succubus. LOVED the tie in of Gus and Bill!! Those two are my favorite!!

Great addition to the Ops books and great start to a new series within the Ops family. This is book 1 of shadow ops.

We met Alice and Brad in a previous book. And I loved Alice the feisty succubus. This starts while the two are held prisoner and takes off.

I love the chemistry between these two and let me just say Wow!

I don't give spoilers but let me say you will love this book. As with all of Mandy's books they are quick moving, action packed, and amazing!
