The author Shelley brings tangible years of experience from the radio industry into simple to follow gold nuggets. GET THIS BOOK!

I think this might be my very first review on Amazon! And, rightly so! I literally began crying as I read the "About Me" page and the intro! I realized Shelley and I have so many similarities and she was speaking truth to my heart. As a new agent, the struggle is real! She shares the realities of being a real estate professional, her own personal experiences, and tips for avoiding the same mistakes she made. The way she "speaks" to is like a friend, so it feels like she's having a conversation with you! Being a REALTOR, I have newfound, humbled appreciation for the work because of the hustle and grit. Shelley gets and she's laid out this wonderful book to help jumpstart your first year in real estate!!!

Finally took the jump!

I've watched my friends make a ton of money selling homes. I was always nervous that I didn't have what it took to compete in such a busy real estate market. Finally, after deciding to take the jump, I bought this book to help get me started. It's full easy and fun to read. The author did a great job at making the information accessible to anyone that wants to join this lucrative industry. I highly recommend this book!

Must read for all prospective and new real estate agents

This is not only an enjoyable and page-turning read, but it is one of the few books that properly characterize the the realities of selling residential real estate. Having been in the business for decades, I could not be more confident that anyone who reads this book (and actually employs the practices and activities Shelley aptly describes) will be wildly successful in the business. Really well done!

Well written, conversational writing & great book!

Hi Shelley 🙋🏽‍♀️

I just wanted to send you a “thank you” for your book. I bought it a few days ago on Amazon and I have been reading a chapter a night , I’m at Chapter 9 now. Thank you for telling your story, sharing your experience and perspective in such a way that’s so relatable and easy to understand. I see myself so much within these pages.

I’m a newer real estate agent and I’m just finding my confidence within it. I got licensed in December after leaving my 20 year career in banking and finance. So I’ve been throwing myself all the way in real estate because this is my dream job and something I’ve always wanted to do. Your book is really helping me feel sure about my business idea, my vision and my plan. Excited to finish the book.

Thank you again. 😊

I loved the stories, the dealing with failure and mistakes, and how to deal with rejections and ego's. Very helpful book. I am very grateful to you. Thank you.

INTENSE

Does she sell real estate 🏡 from a mine field? This lady is intense. I understand that it’s a great responsibility to sell a house but she writes as if she’s the heroic Navy S.E.A.L. in Lone Survivor. The book is not very encouraging but for those who thrive on tough talk—a must read. She’s all over the place about being organized which is very confusing. She could just outline the process and lay that out for us chronologically without being so hyperbolic.
Eh! Different strokes for different folks. I appreciate her effort though. There are some great resources and it is her story by crikey! I’m glad she was honest, open-minded, and willing enough to share her experience with us. Thank you Zavitz.
