Best Book Ever!

I am writing this review as dictated to me by my 7 year son (who was literally jumping up and down for joy when he heard it was out).

"Action! It's so creative!
I love that it's so 6 and 7 year old friendly. It's really really cool! It's cool because every Danny Dragonbreath book has a big problem that Danny and his friends have to solve. It really should be called the adventures of Danny and Wendell - you'd think they were brothers. I really like that Danny and Wendell are such good friends. And that is all."

Now, from a Mom perspective ... this is the latest book in this great series, and it doesn't disappoint. I love that the books slip in a little bit of science and critical thinking along with the fun action. Danny, Wendell, and Christiana are good role models for children, and Danny's cheerful outlook on life is quite infectious.

The illustrations are great, and the writing is fast paced and appealing to younger readers and parents alike. I recommend the series highly.

Well yes, of course I like it!

I own the rest of the series and frankly this is just as weirdly funny and fresh as Ursula Vernon's first book in the series. I have no children, I'm allergic to them, but I love these books as a way to let my inner child romp. It keeps her from getting into much worse... trust me.

My nephew loves Ursula's books!

My nephew loves these books! I got him started on them about 2 years ago by buying 1-6 for Christmas. He is a reader! He is now 10 years old, but still loves these books. Thank you Ursula Vernon!

Dirty book cover

Book content is fine. My kids love it. The book came with some brown gunk dried on cover. It cane off with water and alcohol, but it was nasty.
