Beware: Author has an Agenda

The author has gone out-of-the-way to get children hooked on the series before the tide turns in book 10. Starting with book 10, the author introduces homosexual, bisexual, and transsexual characters. All three of my grandchildren ages 10 to 12 were truly enjoying the series and had read up to book 9, so I purchased books 10, 11, and 12 without reading any reviews. They arrived two days ago and today Amazon asked me to review one of the books. As I was getting ready to write a glowing review of the entire series so far, I read some of the reviews first. A subsequent Google search confirmed the problem that many of the reviewers had with these books, starting with book 10. My daughter did not feel that the subject matter was age-appropriate, and she told me to throw them in the trash.

My middle schooler’s least favorite..

I’ve not read any of the books; my 11 year-old devoured the series this summer, after his friends turned him on to them. This, though was his LEAST favorite book in the series. He was very upset with the ending. Haha. This mom is happy her son is reading with such excitement & joy-so five stars from me! My boy disliked this particular book so much that he would give it one star lol. So I’ll go with splitting the difference haha

Happy to support the "Gay agenda" with this outstanding series

"What happened to letting kids be kids?" "Homosexual relationships is not something my young children need to be reading about! What happened to letting kids be kids!" Tell me these aren't the same folks that are okay with grade schoolers having to practice lockdown drills because they don't want their precious gun rights reformed? Let kids be kids amirite?

If it was a male and female dragon would that be somehow more appropriate? Love is love. Just because it doesn't fit your "conservative christian ideal" doesn't make it any less valid. My child and I will happily continue supporting the 'gay agenda' by continuing to purchase ALL of the books in this series. Why, because they're well written and enjoyable.

Book is good but missing pages

I got this book for my daughter and some of the pages seems to blank. I had a replacement copy sent to me but it appears to have the same issue.

Haters gonna hate.

My kiddo loved this book. They read the whole thing in about 3 nights. They appreciated the story line and relationships the dragons have created in the series.
