Maybe the best book about bodyweght training.

I bought this book only because I the others readers' reviews made me curious. I have some books of bodyweight training, and some dvds too, and exactly as the Amazon costumer says in the “more useful review”, each one of them have some problems, they are good in some aspects, confuse in others. I agree with him in all points about the authors cited. This book is really, REALLY very well planned, explained, and useful to several goals and levels of users. If a person wants ONLY ONE book about bodyweight training, this is THE book.
After you are able to complete the workouts in the superhero level, so maybe you want to look for the other options, for variety only, or to try some things “almost impossible”. Mark Lauren and Ashley Kalym offer a great variety and progressions, and the “convict” authors offer great challenges…and maybe some tendinitis risks as bonus. They are all very good books, but this book goes “right to the point”, you can begin to train immediately after read (or even while reading) . The others will demand you maybe a week or two reviewing the points and the workout organization. The main strength of this book seems to be its visual organization.
