Really the ultimate planner and tracker for your fitness goals!

The 12-Week Fitness Journal really is a way to take what you would do on an app to pen and paper. I like to write things down; however, I haven't found a journal that has everything written out so I can just fill in the blanks. This journal has it all! Track your food, water intake, fitness, take notes, and MORE! It gives you a full 12-weeks to track.
I've found that I reach goals much better when I have them written down, and this book has been very motivational. I still have a long way to go, but it feels nice being able to track my progress!

An Easy Way to Track Fitness & Diet Goals

I don't write too many things on sticky notes or in notebooks anymore with everything I need pretty much available on my phone or tablet. However, I have found myself 'slacking off'' when it comes to entering information from the gym. I kinda, sorta guess it has been about 4 weeks doing a certain exercise and decide it is time to increase intensity or duration. Not a very good plan and one full of more holes than Swiss cheese.
The 12 Week Fitness Journal was just what I needed to change a bad habit. I take it to the gym and write everything down before I leave. I have been using this for a month and at first, I had to force myself to take a few minutes and fill it out. Now, it's a habit and I can see exactly where I am and set new stretch goals as needed.
There is also room for daily food and beverage consumption, target goals, and notes. I really like the section where you rate how well you met today's goals. That section is truly an eye-opener since I seem to more readily dwell on failure rather than success. An easy and effective way to really take stock of your diet and fitness routines.
