This is definitely an adult cross word -

I can't give this five stars - there were some errors that should not have been in the book. One glaring error occurred when the fill in word was the same as the clue. However, we enjoyed the book and it was at times a challenge.

Not living up to the promise

I've reached the "Difficult" section and I still do not feel particularly challenged. They are adding the phrase ("two words") to any of the clues in any section that are in fact, a two-word answer. Maybe some publishers still do that in easy puzzles, but most publishers of the difficult puzzles don't offer that bit of assistance. I was excited to get this book, but I must admit I am disappointed and will not order any other editions if offered.

Book to keep you entertained for hours

If you are a fan of the NY Times puzzle and find the puzzles up to Wednesday more than doable; this book is going to be great for you. While solutions are provided, any fan of the Times crossword, should be able to handle these puzzles and not need go and check on the solutions too often. Nice organizations of puzzle under themes and clear clues make this a good companion on long trips or rainy days.

Pretty good puzzle book.

So far, so good, but I'm only at the mid-level though, so don't know how tough the "challenging ones" will be. I'm 80 so do a lot of crosswords to keep my brain tuned-up. I have to cheat on current TV stars, all sports (no interest, ever), and some of the lingo.

I really enjoyed solving all 75 crosswords in this collection. As quoted in the photo (from the back cover) which I posted, the puzzles are not the most difficult ever; however, they are definitely challenging. I had hours of fun solving these from the first to the last!
